Do you have the kind of friends where you can go months and months without speaking, but then you see each other and you can pick up exactly where you left off?

I bet you do, because you’re awesome and you probably have awesome friends, but even if you didn’t – you do now! I’m so excited to be back in each other’s lives and I can’t wait to hear what you’ve been up to these past few months 🙂

My personal journey these past few months has been kind of intense, but in all the best ways so that I’ve been able to learn even more deeply how to support you in your soul-designed business.

A quick snapshot of what I’ve been working on:

• Transforming my depression + anxiety into a sacred way of doing life and business. That’s kind of terrifying to write in a blog post, but there have been some not-so-easy times over the past few months and I’d rather be honest about it than say that everything’s been roses and buttercups. If you can relate, I want you to know – you can always reach out for a soft shoulderto land on. I’m not a therapist but I’m a dang good listener/reader!
• Supporting 5-, 6-, and almost 7-figure launches behind the scenes. After helping a group of women begin their first launch systems last year with my program Passion, Purpose, Profit, I decided to go DEEP with only a few 1:1 clients and really learn the process inside and out. It’s been incredible and I’ve learned a ton along the way (not to worry – I plan on sharing ALL the details!).
• Writing a chapter of a collaborative book + getting ready to give a TED-style talk at Women Rising in Vancouver, BC! YES! I’m so excited about this event and the opportunity to contribute to such an amazing volume of women’s stories of growth and transformation. More on that tomorrow.
• Diving head-first into setting up the systems that fuel me and my business to take it to the next level. This isn’t about doing more, having the perfect strategy, or being online 24/7 (clearly, since I haven’t even written a newsletter this year!). It’s about focusing on the right activities that actually make me AND my business happier! So excited to share that system in the coming weeks so you can benefit, too. You’re gonna love it.
